Nexus paws and pathways animal rescue

Nexus Paws and Pathways is building a new standard in animal rescue - one that goes far beyond minimum welfare requirements. We are currently fundraising for farmland and exploring land‑donation opportunities so we can open our sanctuary in the near future.

Our mission is to create a peaceful rescue farm where cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and other vulnerable animals receive holistic care, enrichment, and lifelong sanctuary. We believe no animal should spend their life confined to a cage or locked indoors. Our vision includes continuous indoor/outdoor access, freedom of movement, and environments that support emotional and physical healing.

After seeing how many animals enter shelters each year - and how much conditions have worsened - it became impossible to stay on the sidelines. Nexus Paws and Pathways was created to challenge the status quo and lead a movement toward ethical, elevated rescue practices.

We are in the early stages, but our commitment is strong: to build a sanctuary where animals are not just rescued, but truly seen, valued, and given the life they deserve.
