How the service works
Monthly parking is a lot-specific agreement, not unlimited parking across downtown. Confirm the month, plate, location and optional auto-renew setting on the purchase screen, then retain the emailed confirmation. A permit still requires a valid stall and compliance with the signs.
The city’s payment wording says payment is due on the first day of each month for the following month’s privileges. That wording should be checked against the month shown in HotSpot before paying. It is not used here to invent a grace period. A separate enquiry is needed for Sorensen Station’s secure-access product.

How do I cancel?
