How the service works

Creating the profile does not automatically discover every municipal account. Have the source bill, notice, licence or permit in front of you and link its number and access code. Once linked, the account stays available in the profile, reducing repeated entry.

MyCity is a common doorway, but individual services keep their own rules. For example, utility withdrawals and property-tax instalments are different programs, and an inspection request does not issue a permit. Follow the service-specific form and keep its confirmation, date and account details.

Using the service

Will I need the access code every time?

No. After a service is successfully linked, it appears in the profile when you log in. Keep the original notice for your own records rather than repeatedly trying to add it.

What if account-linking fails three times?

The city says three unsuccessful registration attempts lock the ability to add accounts. Call 403-342-8111 or use Report a Problem; users cannot unlock that function themselves. Previously linked accounts can still be viewed.
